By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fk33 platform at https://fk33.io (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue all use of the fk33 Platform. Continued use of any fk33 service after any amendment to this Agreement is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement governs the use of all fk33 products and services including, but not limited to, live casino games, slot machines, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), card games, table games, promotional offers, and the fk33 cashier and account management system.

To register and maintain an account on fk33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fk33 is strictly a platform for adults. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all deposited funds returned.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of fk33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, officer, or director of fk33 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of such a person.

Account Limit: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active fk33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested. You further agree to promptly update such information should it change. fk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time.

Age Verification: fk33 employs mandatory age verification procedures at registration. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity document, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which age verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is resolved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fk33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify fk33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

fk33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations described in this section. Any activity conducted through your account using your valid credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified fk33 of a security breach.

fk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fk33 balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. fk33 does not charge any fees on deposits made via local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Any fees charged by your payment service provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your name that matches the verified identity on your fk33 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method but fk33 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on fk33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of any deposit made to fk33 is a material breach of this Agreement. fk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that initiates an unjustified chargeback and to recover any funds obtained through such means.

fk33 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement when you claim a bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on your account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

All games and betting markets on fk33 operate under specific game rules provided by the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others) and, in the case of the sportsbook, under fk33's sports betting rules. By placing a bet or wagering on any game, you agree to the applicable game or betting rules.

Bet Acceptance: fk33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where: there is a technical error; the bet was placed after an event has concluded; market odds were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error; or the bet appears to constitute match-fixing or other integrity violation.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond 36 hours, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion that determines the bet's outcome. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's fk33 balance in full.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction or technical failure during a gaming session, fk33 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned. Wins generated during a verified malfunction are not valid.

Cricket Betting: fk33 covers BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In-play cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). No responsibility is accepted for third-party result reporting errors.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using fk33. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game where such collusion would affect outcomes or odds.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events covered in the fk33 sportsbook.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using fk33 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Accessing your account or the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool to disguise your actual geographic location or identity.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or to the fk33 back-end systems without authorisation.
• Posting abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content in any fk33 communication channel.

All content on the fk33 Platform, including but not limited to the fk33 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of fk33 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fk33 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any fk33 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the fk33 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written consent from fk33.
• Screen-scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is governed by their respective licences.

fk33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. • Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, whether or not those outcomes were the result of a technical error.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in Platform availability caused by factors outside fk33's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party software failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials in accordance with Section 3.

Nothing in this Agreement limits fk33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. fk33's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fk33 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments: fk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fk33 will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-site notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

Termination by You: You may close your fk33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to identity verification completion) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by fk33: fk33 may suspend or permanently close your account without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, fk33 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and fk33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
